Hello,
My father passed away in 2020 and my mother in February 2024. My father left behind a commercial real estate ( an office ). We are 3 siblings, 2 brothers and our sister.
Kindly, I would like to know what the legal procedures and the fees would be for transferring the inheritance to us, when done in Lebanon. Thank you, it's much appreciated.

Hello! I am helping my husband in preparing an application for Italian citizenship through ancestry, and as part of the document-requirements I need to obtain certain official civil records from Lebanon regarding his late grandmother.

Specifically, we require certified copies of all relevant documents that the Civil Status Office holds, including but not limited to:

Death certificate / extract for my husband's grandmother, who passed away in Lebanon on 1987 year;

Birth certificate / extract for my husband and his father;
Marriage certificate / extract for my husband's parents;
Any other civil status document relevant that may support the Italian citizenship claim.
